Order and shipping
After you have found an item of your choice, you can place the desired item in your shopping cart by clicking "Buy Now". You can then continue shopping or go directly to the shopping cart.
In the shopping cart
Here you will find an overview of all items that you have placed in your shopping cart. You can also view the expected delivery time as well as the collection date in our warehouse here.
If everything is correct, you can click on "Checkout" to complete your order. You will be asked to log in or register with no account.
The items in the shopping cart are not reserved for you.
How to proceed after the order?
After your order you will receive an order confirmation with your order number. We also send an email when your shipment leaves our warehouse or when your shipment is ready to be picked up from our warehouse. In this e-mail you will receive a tracking code, which you can use to track or collect your package from our warehouse. You can also view the status of your order under “My account”.
Have you received a damaged item or package?
When you receive your order, you must check the completeness of your order as well as the condition of the items (undamaged). Any damage and / or missing items must be reported to us within 24 hours of receipt of your order. You can make the report via e-mail or WhatsApp. You can find our e-mail address under “Contact”.
Pay attention! It is important that we receive at least one photo of the damage, where the damage is clearly visible, before we can process your request.
If the damage is only to the package, you can use another box for a possible return shipment. With the return label, the package can be returned free of charge.
