Can I exchange an item?
The items can be exchanged or returned within 14 days. These days start on the day after the delivery of the article.
Unfortunately, direct exchange of an item is not possible. To receive the desired item you can place a new order and return the other to us free of charge.

How do I return an item?
The items can be returned to us free of charge within 14 days. To be able to return an item, the following steps must be taken.
1. Log in to your account at ”My Account” and go to "My orders"
2. Choose ”Orders completed”. Now search for the relevant order by means of the order number (this is stated on your invoice)
3. Choose: "Return products" (you can find this at the bottom right of your order in the overview)
4. Follow the steps on the screen and complete the application, if necessary you must also send a photo of the article.
5. Print the return label and the form.
6. Sign the form and stick the label on the box. You can then hand it in at a service point.

Return conditions
• The return items must be delivered in original packaging, undamaged and unused. Make sure it is properly packaged.
• Customized items CANNOT be returned. This is stated on both the order confirmation and the invoice.
• Handle the packaging of an item with care. Do not write texts and / or stick stickers or adhesive tape on the original packaging of the item.
• If necessary, pack the returned items in a box to prevent transport damage.
• Keep your proof of shipment carefully until your return has been processed by us.

I have returned my order, when will I receive my money back?
You have returned an item and are waiting for the refund. Log in to view the status of your return shipment (s).
The processing of a return shipment, after it has been received by us, takes 5 days. When the return has been processed, the purchase amount will be refunded as soon as possible to the payment details known to us. If you paid for your order by bank transfer, you can expect a refund to your bank account within 6 working days *. For payments with PayPal and credit card this can take up to 14 days **.
* Normal processing time, with some exceptions.
** If you have paid by credit card, the refund can be found on the next monthly statement or on the day of debit.
